Information on the accessibility and services of the iGRAD-Office during the corona situation

Due to the protective measures to contain the further spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the iGRAD-Office is momentarily closed for public. But we are still there for you!

How to contact us

The iGRAD-Office is closed to the public until further notice. However, you can reach us by telephone  Mondays - Thursdays between 10:00-16:00. You can also reach us by e-mail as usual.

iGRAD-Workshops

Currently, all events at the HHU have been cancelled due to protective measures to contain the further spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This also affects the planned iGRAD workshops and seminars. At the moment we do not know until when this regulation will be in force. We are trying to find a webinar solution or alternatives date for all planned iGRAD workshops. For some workshops we have already been able to realise online courses in close cooperation with our trainers. You'll find a list of all online courses here. If you are registered for one of the workshops affected, we will inform you in advance whether and in what form the course can take place.

Registrations for iGRAD workshops are still possible. Please send us an e-mail as usual.

Consulting Services

Counselling for career planning and confidential conflict counselling are still possible via video chat or telephone. Please send us an e-mail to make an appointment.

Corona Emergency Grants

The Heine Research Academies are offering Corona Emergency Grants for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers without a contract at HHU, who are in a financial emergency due to the Corona Pandemic. Information can be found here.

In addition, for doctoral students who have a limited contract as scientific staff at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and who, due to Corona, are unable to achieve their qualification goal within the originally planned time and for whose further employment no funds are available, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences offers support. You can find more information here (German only).
