Description
In addition to supervising members of the technical staff, PhD students often start to manage scientific projects and/or to supervise bachelor and master students. In order to master the leadership role while keeping track of creative research projects, it is helpful to get familiar with basic tasks and tools of management and leadership in a scientific surrounding. The workshop supports the participants to handle responsibilities by reflecting on their own experience of leadership, and it broadens the knowledge of useful management and leadership tools.
