If you consider a business career after completing your university degree, this workshop explains the essentials: the general principles, rules and behaviors in a business environment.
This workshop offers you opportunities to learn and practice how companies “think” and which behaviors and skills are useful to succeed in a work environment, which is driven by economic needs and the goal to create value for customers and thereby profits for the company.

The workshop is very practical and active. Your trainer has 17 years of experience in different international companies and shares own work experience, provides real life examples and uses short cases and games to support key learning points.
You will practice and reflect essential competencies to succeed as a young professional in a business environment, such as active listening, explaining complex content, dealing with change and ambiguity, taking initiative, networking.
The workshop concept is open for wishes and suggestions of participants. The trainer is flexible to react to and adapt for your special needs.
