Member Programs
  • All coordinated research entities, e.g. collaborative research centres (SFB) or graduate schools, can become institutional members of iGRAD. For its members’ programmes, iGRAD provides central organization of training related to career relevant competences, with detailed consideration of the requirements of the specific programme. In addition, iGRAD can also counsel and provide support for questions about quality standards, announcement and selection procedures (particularly in the initial phases). more…

Network
  • iGRAD operates in an extensive network within and beyond the HHU and is a communication interface to the administration and other central institutions of the university. Additionally, iGRAD cooperates with further departments providing career-relevant advanced training at the HHU, to allow its members to choose from a wide range of different workshops.

Furthermore, iGRAD is the HHU point of contact for the German University Association of Advanced Graduate Training (UniWiND) and the European University Association – Council for Doctoral Education (EUA-CDE).  more...

Coordinator Meetings
  • iGRAD organizes, beyond disciplinary boundaries, regular meetings of all coordinators of structured programmes and of the graduate academies at the HHU. These meetings provide opportunities to exchange experiences and information at the organizational level, to discuss mutual interests, and to strengthen networking with various institutions at the HHU.

iGRAD also offers counselling for work-related issues and support for the initial training of new coordinators.

If you are interested in attending coordinator meetings, please notify the iGRAD office by
    undefinedemail.
